Seareana Properties is a licensed Villa Management Company in the USVI. We have been in the rental business since 2007 and love introducing folks to our gorgeous island. When you love what you do it shows! Our team is dedicated to great communication and the highest level of customer service.

You only need to show up with a swimsuit and flip flops! This is a slight exaggeration, but truly our villas are completely stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay from beach towels and chairs to blenders and coffee grinders. We have thought ahead so you don't have to stress on your vacation.

The short answer is yes. There is no Uber or Lyft in the USVI and taxis can be expensive and have to be booked in advance. We do have some great taxi people should you choose to go that route, but suggest you reach out in advance of your arrival and have a general agenda and price for the trips you will need. If you do rent a car, remember "Think Left" as we drive on the left. Book in advance because the island does run out of cars.

On a 32 square mile island, the beach is usually not that far. And we are blessed amazing white sand beaches on all parts of St. Thomas. Magens Bay is regularly listed on the top 10 beaches in the world and is centrally located on the northside. Villa Tryst is a short 2 minute walk to Hull Bay Beach, a local favorite. And Silver Palm Villa is a 10 minute drive to our hidden gem Neltjeberg beach that rarely has a crowd.

No, we are under the US flag and you can travel with a Driver's License, however if you have a passport or passport card, it is recommended you bring it as you will pass through customs on your way home and will save time on the return.
